The flowers arrived on the day they were supposed to. Reading between the lines, I think they were running a little behind in the morning, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything still turned out fine.

I tried contacting customer service about my order and honestly... it took ages to get any kind of proper response. I had to follow up more than once, and even then it still felt like I was being ignored. Frustrating when all you need is a simple answer.

The flowers were okay, but for the price I paid, I was disappointed. The bouquet looked smaller than the photos and just felt kind of basic, especially for something being sold as premium. Delivery was fine, so no real complaint there, but the value just wasn’t there for me. I also don’t love dealing with these automated ordering systems where everything feels impersonal and you don’t really know what you’re getting until it shows up. I probably won’t use Rose Florist again unless the prices come down or the arrangements actually match what’s advertised

I ordered a pink and white bouquet from rose-florist.com for my mom, thinking it would look at least somewhat like the picture. But what showed up was mostly green filler, a couple tired-looking roses, and flowers that were totally different from what I picked.
I know substitutions can happen, especially with flowers, but this wasn’t even close. It just looked cheap and kinda thrown together, and I was dissapointed for what I paid.
